Aggressive Dog Training

Gotham Dog Training works on a daily basis rehabilitating dogs with all forms of aggression issues.  Many of our clients come to us after working with at least one or two dog trainers, all of whom had labeled their dog “beyond help” they were told the behavior could only be coped with, at best.  They had almost given up hope, but luckily for them, they met our trainer!

Our trainer is a professional dog behaviorist who is extremely experienced with dogs that have the most severe aggressive behaviors. The dogs she works with suffer from a wide variety of aggression issues such as:

Dog aggression
Human/Child aggression
Fear aggression
Territory aggression
Maternal aggression
Sibling aggression
Food aggression/resource guarding

Our approach to aggressive dog training

While many trainers try to tackle the signs of the aggression, such as growling, snapping, lunging, or biting, we instead tackle the causes of the problem. This is where Samantha truly outshines other trainers – she has the ability to get to the core of the problem, and that is crucial to her success in rehabilitating aggressive dogs. Often aggressive dog behavior is the result of outside stimuli. All of which must be taken into careful consideration. For example the home environment, past experiences, and the dogs relationship to his family. Before training begins, she will perform an in depth behavior consultation.  Next, she will carefully explain to you the reasons for your dogs aggressive behavior, what the causes are, and EXACTLY how she plans to fix it. Our aggressive dog training program will address your dogs aggressive behavior in its entirety, keep in mind that in order for her to tackle your dogs issues she will take all aspects into account, even non aggressive ones.

If your ready to stop living in fear of your dogs aggressive behavior and you want to help rehabilitate your dog into a balanced and happy state of mind. Call us at 800.649.7297, or fill out our contact form to discuss your situation. We would absolutely love to help!
